Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order request does not complete payment online. Your request is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (for example by email or when a manager confirms your order).
Payment
Online card payment gateways are not used on this website. After you place an order request, a manager will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment by an agreed method.
Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include the amount you are asked to pay for the goods before optional delivery choices are selected at checkout.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will usually be delivered within 30 days.
Cancellation and returns
For most distance contracts you may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected. See Cancellation Rights and Returns & Refunds.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available to them under applicable consumer law.
