For most online purchases you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to send items back.

Return address

Return instructions and the return address will be confirmed with your order. Please do not post goods until you have received return guidance.

Condition and postage

Items should be returned unused and in a resalable condition where possible, with original packaging if available. Who pays return postage depends on the reason for return and will be confirmed when you notify us.

Faulty or not as described

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected and are separate from change-of-mind returns.

Sale items

Sale items may be returned in line with your statutory and cancellation rights. Sale status alone does not remove those rights.
